Welcome to the custom worlds created past My Sim Realty! None of the worlds you see below use any custom content, nor practise they crave any store items or Stuff Packs! Each world has its ain page with descriptions, lot details, link to a save file (if applicable) and a large picture show gallery. Delight limit your downloads to i or 2 at a time. Given the size of these files, having people download 3+ worlds at a time auses a lot of strain on the server and information technology can be shut down. Thank you!

It has thick redwood trees, a very rustic, wooded await and ii ponds with waterfalls. Rabbit holes are cached to keep the theme. This world does accept a salve file if you wanted a populated world.

	Cloverdale Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Pets Earth Size: Small Blazon of World: Small equus caballus friendly isle with a waterfall and trails Description: This small world is very equus caballus friendly and has several large lots, including: iii 64x64, i 60x60 and 2 50x50. It is predominately empty house wise - it does accept all rabbit holes, ii homes (including one starter) and a large park, cat park and dog park.

	Pagoda Isles Requires Sims 3 + Globe Adventures Earth Size: Small Type of World : Tropical, Far Eastern, Island, Universal Look Description : This compact isle features a tropical feel with scarlet cobblestone roads, one-time ruins and an asian theme.

Medium - Large Worlds
	Evansdale County - Updated for Island Paradise & Extended Version Requires Sims 3 Base Game + AM + LN + PET + SHO + SN + Sea + UNI + IP World Size: Medium Type of World : A warm and sunny world with half city and one-half town with farming and mobile home area. Description : If your sims require a warmer environment so you volition desire to bank check out Evansdale Canton. This world utilizes the lighting from Monte Vista which gives a very warm feeling. There are ii waterfalls, one on each side. This globe has a urban center on one side which is only a short commute from the boondocks. There are several open up lots to accommodate new lots from EA. This world is smaller and built more than for speed. There is a version that does not require Island Paradise.

	Anne Arbor Requires Sims iii Base Game + AM + LN + PET + SHO + SN (UPDATED FOR SEASONS!) World Size: Big Type of Globe : Thick forests with a city and town and swamp on the other side. Description : If your sims want to live in the quiet countryside - complete with java shops, a little mobile home park and shops - or desire to live in a bustling city with hot night life and glamour - this is the world. A urban center on one side, a small-scale town on the other and about a 40 infinitesimal taxi commute to the other side. This version is completely different from the archived version which does non need to be uinstalled to install this version.

	Anju Falls Requires Sims 3 Base Game + WA + Pets (LN, AM and SHO recommended but non required) Earth Size: Medium Type of Earth : Barren tropical trio of islands with dirt roads and mysterious falls. World Size: Big Type of World : Half city, one-half town with farmlands Description : This stunning world is a city and a town on each side of the hills. The urban center side has a beautiful creek aslope with two waterfalls. The town has rolling farmlands surrounding it and everything for your sims. You tin live on either side with few careers exclusively in one part. This earth has a lite version with no lots that needs only WA.

	Meadow Glen Requires Sims 3 Base Game + Ambitions + Tardily Night + Pets (Generations optional) Globe Size: Medium Type of World : Rural, Farming, Regular Town Description : This is a beautiful boondocks with a large farming side. This world does accept a save file if you desire a populated globe. There is an archived base of operations game only version.

	Dragon Falls Requires Sims three Base of operations Game + Ambitions + Late Night + Pets (a few Generations items used) Globe Size: Medium Type of Globe : Tropical, Asian, Island Description : This hybrid combines the map of Cascade Shores & the tropical, asian theme of the Pagoda Isles. This world does take a save file if you lot wanted a populated world.

	Brooklyn Heights Reqiures Sims three + World Adventures + Ambitions + Belatedly Night World Size: Large Type of World : Metropolis, Island, Regular Boondocks Clarification : This large city does take a bourgeoisie - something that was defective in Bridgeport. Sunshine and lots of space!

	Plum Grove Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions Earth Size: Large Type of World : Regular Town, Plum Farms Clarification : This world features a alpine watefall, town center and has sprawling plum fields everywhere adding to its beauty.

	Elmira Urban center Requires Sims three + Ambitions + Late Night + Generations World Size: Medium Type of World : Part City / Part Rural Town, Mix of Everything Description : This metropolis brings you the all-time of both city living and a small, coastal town - divided then that neither tin can run into the other. This world does have a relieve file if you wanted a populated earth.

	Monarch Bay Requires Sims 3 + Earth Adventures + Ambitions + Riverview World Size: Large Type of World : Regular Town, Trailer Park, Lots of Different Areas Description : This world has a little bit of everything (including a trailer park past the railroad tracks) and extra lots for future EPs.

	Cascade Shores Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures World Size: Medium Type of Globe : Colorful, Isle, Universal Look Description : This island features a cute cascading waterfall down the eye with a beautiful fall look!

	Elba Village Requires Sims 3 Base of operations Game Only World Size: Big Type of World: Regular Town, Universal Look Description: This larger globe has an alternate trivial farming community on the other side of the coast.

Empty Worlds
	Laguna Coast Lite Requires Sims iii Base Game + Ambitions + Late Dark + Outset Globe Size: Large Type of World : One-half city expanse with run down surface area, half boondocks with swamp Description: Large earth with a smaller number of lots (total of 61) to aid with game processing. There are mysterious waterfalls behind the hills a slap-up place for angling spots to discover unicorns! And there is fog in the swamp!

	Rosewood Hills Low-cal Requires Sims 3 Base Game + World Adventures + Ambitions + Belatedly Night World Size: Big Type of World : Regular world with middle island Clarification: Large world that is cleaved up into 5 chief sections - the middle island is a keen place for a bustling metropolis and has a lower wharf expanse. There are a few big lots past the airport and nuclear plant. And and so there are two residential areas.

	Pixie Gardens Calorie-free Requires Sims iii Base Game World Size: Modest Type of Globe : Fantasy type fairy world Description: This globe has fantasy trees and all houses are on the outside perimeter. All community lots are focused on the inner center of the island surrounded by rocks. Largest lot is a 60x40 - most lots are small. Has three lots - pool, library, books and grocery.

	Deery Meadows Low-cal Requires Sims iii Base of operations Game Globe Size: Large Type of Globe : Sprawling town with lots of lakes, creeks and pockets of wood. Description : This large earth is located on the coast and has several lakes and creeks. There are several lots and of varying sizes. In that location is a center customs strip and some beach areas.

	SimLua Isles Low-cal Update for Island Paradise Requires Sims 3 + Ambitions + Belatedly Dark + Offset + University + Island Paradise Earth Size: Large Type of Earth : Tropical islands with a city surface area, swamp and industrial area Description : This trio of islands features three waterfalls, one on each island. I island has a farming area with saccharide pikestaff fields, the other larger island has more farms, a swamp and town area. The third isle has an area for a city and an industrial surface area. There is a version available that does NOT need University or Island Paradise.

	Storybrook County Light Requires Sims three Base Game + WA World Size: Big Blazon of World : Half urban center expanse, half town with farmlands Clarification : This map is divided to have a small town surface area with rolling farmlands then a city side - each with a waterfall. There are 131 lots bachelor. This world has all spawners and effects and is ready to be built! 	Al Shibalba Requires Sims iii + Globe Adventures + Ambitions Earth Size: Large Type of Globe : Rural, Egyptian, Desert Description: This expanding village is located in the center of Egypt, complete with dirt roads and pyramids!

	Fort Collins Requires Sims 3 + World Adventures + Ambitions Earth Size: Large Blazon of World : Rural, Land, Mountains Clarification: This world is an abandoned old military hub with wall ruins yet in place with a land, bawdy feel about information technology. Information technology is predominately empty but does accept a few lots available.

	Anju Falls : New Era Requires Sims three + Globe Adventures + Ambitions World Size: Medium Type of World : Remake of Anju Falls, Island, Tropical Description : A modern remake of the previous Anju Falls, this island adds waterfalls, infinite and a new less rustic wait.

	Meadow Glen Requires Sims iii Base Game But Globe Size: Medium Type of Earth : Rural, Farming, Regular Town, Universal Look Clarification: This medium size rural boondocks has a pocket-sized mobile home park, small farming expanse and a homey look.
